From practice to people
After nearly 20 years as a lawyer and consultant in Belgium, I decided to pivot from doing the work to helping build the teams that do it.
Having worked across the spectrum, from niche boutiques to global advisory firms, I advised demanding clients and managed complex legal matters. But what fascinated me most was the human dynamic: why some teams thrive while others fail.
Over time, I found myself mentoring, recruiting and informally “placing” people into roles where they could really grow and where firms gained not just a skillset, but a true fit. That human dimension gradually became the part of the job I valued most.
Today, through Insight Tax & Legal, I bring a Peer-to-Peer approach to recruitment. I use my background to look beyond the CV, identifying professionals who will not only deliver results but will truly fit into their new team.
My goal is simple: to use my experience to turn a recruitment process into a lasting success story for both sides.
